It is a privilege to be the headteacher of such a wonderful school. We have delightful children, supportive parents and dedicated staff and governors. Our children are respectful, well-mannered and demonstrate postive attitudes to learning.
At Gorse Covert Primary School we pride ourselves on achieving high academic standards as well as nurturing each child's individual skills and talents. We do this through a broad and balanced curriculum which also offers a wide range of enrichment activities such as after-school clubs, educational visits and residentials. We are very much part of our local community and work with local businesses and groups. We encourage our children to be responsible citizens in both the local, national and global community.
It is also our dedication to the children in our care and all the nurturing adults in our school community that meant we won the Warrington Guardian 'School of the Year' award in 2023.
